Ex-international, Tijani Babangida, has informed Completesportsnigeria.com that Super Eagles assistant coach, Jean Francois Loscuito, is in good condition following his surgery on Saturday.
The Belgian went under the knife on Saturday after swallowing a metallic object during a meal.
He was later operated on at the University of Pretoria hospital.
Babangida said Loscuito is in great condition and will be out of hospital in few days.
“He (Loscuito) is fine shape at the moment. All things being equal, he should be out of hospital in a couple of days,” Babangida, who is one of Sunday Oliseh’s backroom staff, told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“We are happy his health situation has improved and we can’t wait to have him back in our midst.”
The Eagles are expected to leave Pretoria, South Africa, for Rwanda on January 15.
