Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane has described Wednesday’s CAF Champions League Group B fixture against Nigerian champions Enyimba as must win, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The Brazilians defeated Entente Setif 2-0 on matchday one, but the result has been cancelled following the disqualification of the Algerians by the Confederation of African Football.
The former Bafana Bafana coach hopes the Absa Premiership champions can move to the top of the group with a win against the Peoples Elephant.
“For us it is like our first game,” Mosimane told the media ahead of the clash billed for the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria.
“It’s a must win game so that we can have those needed three points.”
Mosimane is however not expecting an easy game against the two-time champions who he described as a good side.
“It won’t be easy because Nigerian teams are good sides and we have to take this game carefully.
“We have to attack and make sure we get the three points,” he stated.
