Seth Confident Olympic Eagles Will Beat “Tough” Sweden

Nigeria U-23s defender Sincere Seth says the side will go all out for a win in Sunday’s Group B fixture against Sweden in the men’s football event at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The match in Manaus kicks of at 11pm Nigerian time.
The African champions started their campaign on an impressive note edging out Japan 5-4 on Friday.
A win against Sweden will see the Eagles progress into the quarter-finals and the centre-back has charged his colleagues to give their all in the encounter.

“It’s important that we build on the win against Japan in the first game by making sure we beat Sweden,” he told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“Sweden played absolutely well in the game against Colombia and they will be tough opponents.
“A win will reduce the pressure on us going into the last group game against Colombia and that is what we want to do.”
Japan and Colombia will clash in other Group B game also on Sunday.
