Rio Nigeria’s Best Paralympics Ever, Team Top African Medal Table

Team Nigeria had a quite impressive Rio 2016 Paralympics, finishing in 17th place in the final medal table with 12 medals at the Games that ended on Saturday night, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Of the 12 medals, eight are gold, two silver and two bronze.
Completesportsnigeria.com reports that Nigeria topped the African medal table, the continent’s closest countries Tunisia and South Africa winning seven gold each.
This is Team Nigeria’s best Paralympics medal haul ever, beating their feat at London 2012 where they won six gold, five silver and two bronze medals.
