Nasarawa United defender Samson Gbadebo is delighted to see his side book their place in the final of the Federation Cup and hopes he will get the chance to win the competition this year after losing in the final with Lobi Stars last year, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Solid Miners booked their place in the final where they will confront FC IfeanyiUbah following a 1-0 win against Enyimba on Saturday in Ibadan.
The centre-back was part of the Lobi Stars side that lost 2-1 against Lobi Stars in the final of the competition last year.
“It’s great to be in the final again. Enyimba are a good side but we deserved to beat them with our performance against them,” Gbadebo told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“I lost in the final with Lobi Stars last year but I hope for better luck this time around.
“The final against FC IfeanyiUbah will be difficult but we will do our best to go home with the trophy. ”
