Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo scored twice for Changchun Yatai who beat visiting Guangzhou R and F FC in the Chinese Super League on Sunday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
In-form Ighalo has now scored in his last three league games for Changchun Yatai.
Chugui Ye gave Guangzhou the lead in the 21st minute but Ighalo made it t 1-1 in the 55th minute.
Changchun Yatai had the chance to take the lead in the 71st minute but Szabolcs Huszti missed a penalty.
In the 79th minute, Changchun eventually went 2-1 up thanks to Zhenyu Du but Zhi Xiao equalised for Guangzhou on 84 minutes.
However, in the 89th minute, Ighalo scored what proved to be the winner to give Changchun the victory.
The win moved Changchun to ninth position on 22 points in the 16-team league table.
The former Watford player has now scored six goals in 15 league appearances for Changchun so far.
