"It's God that has taken us this far and we believe He can still do more for us especially with Nigerians standing behind us with prayers.

"It's our determination to bring something worth celebrating for Nigerians at the end of the championship and the players are committed to doing just that".

Amuneke who spoke to Completesportsnigeria.com at exactly 1.15pm on Wednesday (9.15am in Chile) said they are focused ahead the semi finl confrontation with Mexico.

"Mexico is a strong side, we already know that a tough game lies ahead of us.

"The good thing is that all the players are looking forward to the game.

"Most importantly, we don't have any injury concerns in the team, all the players are available for the match.

"There could be minor knocks and shocks which are part of the game but the good thing is that none is enough to rule any of the players out of the game against Mexico", Amuneke told Completesportsnigeria.com.
