Amuneke Submits Flying Eagles AYC Programme To NFF

Newly appointed head coach of the Nigeria U-20 men’s national team, Emmanuel Amuneke,has submitted his program to the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF,  has gathered.


Amuneke, who was recently appointed to assist coach Samson Siasia to guide the Super Eagles against Pharaohs in next month’s AFCON qualifier in Kaduna and Cairo following the resignation of Sunday Oliseh, confirmed exclusively to  that the document highlights how he intends preparing the Flying Eagles for the qualification series of the African Youth Championship, AYC, slated for Zambia, 26 February through 12 March, 2017.


“I’ve submitted my program to the relevant body, Nigeria Football Federation, NFF ” Amuneke


“I was in Abuja on Friday to submit it and will have to wait to hear from the NFF before I can say we’ll start this or that time," Amuneke said.


The former FC Barcelona winger guided the U-17 national team, Golden Eaglets to win the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile, the fifth time by Nigeria and was rewarded with elevation to the U-20 national team level by the NFF.
