Super Eagles left-back, Stanley Amuzie, was the hero for his Portuguese side SC Olhanense who beat Farense by a lone goal on Sunday in Faro.
The Nigeria international fired in a stoppage time goal in the 90th minute to earn his side all three points from the encounter.
It was Amuzie's first ever goal in Europe and the defender was excited about the feat.
"I was playing from the wings in the game and took a chance at goal which earned us all three points," Amuzie remarked.
"I'm delighted and I hope to score more."
The game was Amuzie's sixth of the campaign. He played in both legs of the African Nations Cup qualifier against Egypt last month.
Olhanense are 11th on the Portuguese Segunda Liga log with 59 points from 42 games.
