By Johnny Edward: Nigerian striker Dickson Nwakaeme is eager to make an impact with French side Angers SC after completing his move to the Ligue 1 club this summer, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Nwakaeme becomes the second forward to arrive at the club after 19-year-old Yoane Wissa joined from the LB Châteauroux this summer.
The 29-year-old who made a move back to Europe after spending five years in Asia said his return is a new adventure for him.
"I had so many offers before deciding on this but I'm happy to have joined Angers," Nwakaeme told Completesportsnigeria.com on Thursday, the day after his move.
Nwakaeme reportedly took a pay cut to join Angers after three years in Malaysia where he won the Malaysian league title, the Malaysia Charity Shield and FA Cup.
