After a poor first half, Arsenal grabbed the first goal in the 49th minute through Olivier Giroud who headed in a Mezut Ozil corner.
In the 68th minute, Laurent Koscielny made it 2-0 following Lukasz Fabianki’s poor handling of an Ozil cross.
Joel Campbell put the game beyond doubt on 73 minutes after he pounced on a cross by Ozil.
Arsenal reain second in the league table behind Manchester City who beat Norwich 2-1.
They will travel to White Hart Lane to take on North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in their next league game.
