Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun was on target for his German second division side Darmstadt as they defeated Bochum 2-0 on Sunday.
Balogun struck in the 77th minute to secure all three points for Darmstadt after team-mate Romain Bregerie had put them ahead in the 22nd minute.
The win now sees Darmstadt occupy third position on the log with 48 points, four adrift of leaders Ingolstadt.
It would be recalled that Balogun was in action for the Super Eagles in their two international friendly games against Uganda and South Africa which ended 1-0 (Uganda win) and 1-1 respectively.
He made his Eagles debut against Mexico prior to the FIFA World Cup in Brazil but went off injured.
