IDEYE FIRES DYNAMO TO UCL PLAY-OFFS
Posted: Aug 08, 2012
Nigerian striker Brown Ideye continued his hot streak last night when he scored again in the last minute of stoppage time to seal a place for Dynamo Kiev in this year's UEFA Champions League play-offs as the Ukrainian side pipped Feyenoord 1-0 in Kiev to qualify 3-1 on aggregate.
Ideye who scored the winner in the first leg in Kiev last week raced on to a pass from the left flank to beat the Feyenoord goalie Maxym Koval from close range.
It was his sixth goal in five matches this season for the Miners.
Dynamo Kiev and Debrecen will be joined by eight other teams for the draw billed for Nyon on Friday. The ten teams will be divided in equal number, with five seeded and as many unseeded in accordance with the UEFA club coefficient rankings.

To whom it may concern (Keshi or Green), stop this experiment now! If there is an area we can boast of, it's the attack; Ideye, Emenike, Aluko, Obasi, Osaze....., ah!!!!!. Which business does Yakubu have with the national team.
Keshi please do the right thing or voice out if disturbed by your employers, I'll be deeply hurt if they give you the booth soon b/c I've always admired your approach to the round leather game.
