El-Kanemi Warriors coach, Ladan Bosso, says playing at their home ground, the El-Kanemi Stadium, Maiduguri can help his side finish in the top half of the Nigeria Prpfessional Football League table, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Bosso's men recently returned to the ground after playing their home games at the Karkanda Stadium, Katsina due to the Boko Haram insurgency in Borno State.
The club have won their first two games against Shooting Stars and Ikorodu United at the Maidiguri venue.
And the former Abia Warriors and Wikki Tourist gaffer insists playing in front of their supporters will be an added advantage for them.
"We have won our two games at home without conceding. That is a good record and we hope to build on that in subsequent games,"
Bosso told Completesportsnigeria.com.
"It's always good to play in front of your fans as it gives you extra incentive to do well.
"We hope to continue to do well and finish in a good position at the end of the season."
