Brazil's U-20 side continued their preparation for their FIFA U-20 World Cup clash against Nigeria by beating Portugal 1-0 in a friendly fixture in Sydney, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.

Cruzeiro forward Judivan Flor Da Silva scored the only goal of the encounter for the young Selecao who face Nigeria in their opening fixture of Group E on the morning of 1 June at the Taranaki Stadium in New Plymouth, New Zealand.

The Portugal win was the Brazilian side's first pre-tournament game.

Hungary and North Korea are the other teams in Group E.​
