The home-based Eagles qualified for the competition last Sunday after edging out Burkina Faso 2-0 on aggregate.
They will be joined by 15 other countries: hosts Rwanda, Cameroon, Cote d’lvoire, Mali, Angola, Gabon, DR Congo, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tunisia, Uganda, Niger, Guinea, Ethiopia and Morocco.
The CHAN will be staged in three Rwanda cities of Kigali, Gisenyi and Bature from January 16 to February 7, 2016.
