The home based Super Eagles side have vowed to defy the difficult weather conditions in Ouagadougou and secure qualification for the African Nations Championship, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.
The Eagles who arrived the Ouagadougou International Airport 9:23pm local time (10:23pm Nigerian time) on Friday, and checked in immediately at their Palace Hotel abode p, will need to battle the extremely hot weather in the Burkina Faso capital to go past the Stallions.
"We already know before coming down here what the situation will be like, so that will not hinder us from qualifying for the competition," Abia Warriors hitman, Chisom Chikatara told Completesportsnigeria.com.
"We are well prepared for the game and nothing will stop us from getting a win.
Chikatara's view was also corroborated by Paul Onobi who said they want to beat the Burkinabes to prove their superiorty over them.
The Sunshine Stars of Akure defensive midfielder hinted they will go all out for a win against the Stallions despite their 2-0 first leg advantage.
"Most of us have played football in extremely difficult conditions in the past, so what we come up against here can not be new to us," Chikatara insisted.
"We are here to win the game and nothing is going to stop us."
