A Nigerian businessman, Ogechukwu Eze, is ralliyng support here in Ouagadougou for the home-based Super Eagles ahead of Sunday’s clash against Burkina Faso. Ogechukwu, a native of Anambra State, was on hand to receive the Eagles at their Palace Hotel abode on Friday.
He told Completesportsnigeria.com that he and and the other Nigerians here in the Burkinabe capital will storm the August 4 Stadium to offer their full support to the team.
“I’m happy the Super Eagles are here in Ouagadougou,” a delighted Ogechukwu told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“I waited for hours at the airport to receive the team, but later came to the hotel to wait for them when they didn’t arrive on time.
“I have been challenging my colleagues to come out in large numbers and cheer the team. I can confidently tell you that the team will not lack support on Sunday.”
