By Adeboye Amosu: CSKA Moscow coach Leonid Slutsky, has confirmed that Nigeria international Ahmed Musa will join English Premier League champions Leicester City this week, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.
Leicester City came close to securing the services of the Super Eagles forward during the January transfer window, but their offers were turned down by the Russian champions.
The former Kano Pillars player is now expected to join Claudio Ranieri's men for $21m and will pen a five-year contract.
Slutsky also believes Musa will be a success in the English top flight.
"He (Ahmed) will be leaving on Tuesday," Slutsky told the Russian media.
"And if you look at the way things are done over there you will see he is a player just made for English football."
Musa who started his professional career with Dutch side, VVV Venlo, has scored 53 goals in 161 games for CSKA.
