Newly crowned Russian champions CSKA Moscow have admitted Leicester City interest in their Nigeria forward, Ahmed Musa, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The clubs sporting director, Roman Babayev, also said a number of English Premier League clubs have expressed interest in signing the former VVV Venlo player.
Musa has in recent times been linked with a move to Leicester City and was reportedly close to joining the club during the January transfer window.
"I cannot say yes or no. It is no secret that Musa was and remains in very serious demand particularly from the English teams," Babayev told Championat.
"Until documents are signed, the transfer is not complete and I will not speak about it."
Musa won his third Russian League title with CSKA on Saturday following his side's 1-0 win against Rubin Kazan.
It was a sweet end to the season for CSKA who lost 4-1 to Zenit St Petersburg in the final of the Russia Cup few weeks ago.
He registered 13 league goals and one in the Cup.
