Nigerian striker Abiola Dauda had a Scottish Premiership debut to remember as he grabbed a brace for Hearts in a 3-0 away win against Ross County on Wednesday.
Dauda, who was introduced for Arnaud Sutchuin Djoum in the 62nd minute, scored in the 86th and 89th minutes to seal the win for Hearts.
He made his first appearance for Hearts in last weekend’s 2-2 draw against Hibernian in the Scottish Cup.
Super Eagles left-back Juwon Oshaniwa was also in action for Hearts as he featured for 90 minutes and helped his side keep a clean sheet.
Dauda is on loan at Hearts from Dutch side Vitesse.
In an FA Cup fourth round replay also on Wednesday, Victor Anichebe was an unused substitute as West Brom beat League One outfit Peterborough 4-3 on penalties.
Jon Taylor gave Peterborough the lead in the 55th minute before Darren Fletcher levelled up for West Brom in the 71st minute.
