Super Eagles players will open camp on Monday, August 29, in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State ahead of Saturday’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Tanzania.
None of the invited players has arrived at the Le Meridien Hotel, according to the Nigeria Football Federation on their official website.
The reverse fixture between Tanzania and Nigeria in Dar es Salam ended 0-0.
A win for either side will not have any effect in the group standing as Egypt have already picked the sole ticket for next year’s AFCON in Gabon.
