I had my initial fear that an Egyptian referee will be bias and favor the Zambians to make it easy for Algeria by virtue of their coming from the same region and religious affiliation. On a second thought, a West Africa referee will not be ideal as Algeria and Zambia will protest. If you appoint a South African referee, Nigeria and possibly Algeria will protest. So leave it as it is and play fine fooball and win. Then the referee will have no hold on you.
