Super Eagles captain, Vincent Enyeama has donated his match bonus to an orphanage home, as the team prepares ahead of the June 13 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Chad at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.
On Friday before the Super Eagles training in Abuja, the Lille of France first choice goalkeeper donated his anticipated match bonus against Chad to the children of Divine Wounds Orphanage Home, Kubwa, Abuja. The children were invited to watch the team’s training at the Abuja National Stadium.
Also joining Enyeama to donate to the children in need was CSKA Moscow of Russia striker, Ahmed Musa, who made a N500,000 pledge to the orphanage home.
Complete Sports can also report that the money, according to officials of the Nigeria Football Federation is for the orphanage home to spend in helping the children to acquire education. Aside the money donated to the home, the players also jointly donated food items to the home as a way of giving them sense of belonging in the society.
Reacting after the donation, Super Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, told Complete Sports that the move shows that the players have not forgotten their fellow Nigerians.
“This is one of the things God loves, giving to the needy. By donating to the orphanage home, it shows that the Super Eagles have not forgotten their fellow Nigerians. I can only pray that God continues to help the players so that they can do more in future. It is a sign of commitment”, he says.REVERSE ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Within 3Days And Make Her Happy Again!!
