Nigerian goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama kept his 15th clean sheet of the season for Lille who were forced to a goalless draw at home to Angers on Wednesday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Enyeama who has been named among the four nominees for the prestigious UNFP Goalkeeper of the Year award in France watched as his side's run of six successive wins was halted.
The 33-year-old was in splendid form for Lille as he made two smart saves in the encounter.
The former Maccabi Tel Aviv star stopped Gilles Sunu's drive in the 10th minute before he outdid himself in the 19th minute.
Mohamed Yattara's shot was flying to the goalkeeper's right only for the ball to ricochet off Marko Basa and send it to Enyeama's left – he brilliantly switched his weight back to parry in breathtaking fashion.
He has made 35 Ligue 1 appearances and has conceded 24 goals this season.
In Norway, Chidiebere Nwakali opened his goals account for IK Start in their 3-0 win over Fram Larvik in the Norwegian Cup on Wednesday.
The Manchester City loanee was replaced in the 82nd minute by Austine Uzoremeke. It was his fifth start this season.
