U-23 AFCON: Etebo Sure Nigeria Won’t Lose Against Algeria

By Adeboye Amosu:

U-23 Eagles forward, Oghenekaro Etebo, says the side are fired up for Saturday's crunch Group B clash against Algeria at the Africa U-23 Nations Cup, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

A win or draw for Samson Siasia's men over the North Africans will guarantee them a place in the last four.
The Warri Wolves star who scored two spot kicks in Nigeria's 2-2 draw against Egypt on Wednesday insists they are battle ready for the game.

"It's important game for us and one that we cannot afford to lose," Etebo told Completesportsnigeria.com.
"We know what we have to do and everyone is ready for the task ahead.

"We didn't qualify for the Olympics the last time and we cannot afford to miss out once again."
Nigeria beat Algeria 4-1 when both countries clashed in the competition four years ago in Morocco.
