West Ham have agreed a loan deal with Fenerbache for Nigerian striker Emmanuel Emenike.
According to Sky Sports, the Turkish club accepted West Ham’s loan offer for Emenike and Dubai-based Al Ain, where he had been on loan, and no longer registered as one of their three foreign players.
It is understood Emenike will travel to London for a medical on Thursday and the club will also prepare a work permit application.
It was also reported that Fenerbahce are in talks with Roma over the signing of Seydou Doumbia as a replacement for Emenike.
Another London-based club, Crystal Palace had been interested in Emenike but later opted for Emmanuel Adebayor after agreeing a contract with the former Togo forward on Tuesday.
