Ghana Beat Mozambique, Extend Group H Lead

Ghana secured their third straight win in 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Group H after they beat Mozambique 3-1 in Accra on Thursday.

The win saw the Black Stars go six points clear of Mauritius and Rwanda who have three points each.

Frank Acheampong put Ghana ahead as early as the fourth minute.

John Boye doubled Ghana's lead when he struck in the 56th minute.

Two minutes later Jordan Ayew made it 3-0 for Ghana.

Mozambique managed to pull one back when Apson Manjate scored in the 67th minute.

The reverse fixture will see Mozambique entertain Ghana on Sunday 27th March.
