Giwa To Play Home Games In Kaduna

Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna will be the new abode of Giwa Football Club of Jos, can report.
The Glo Premier League side’s regular home ground, Rwang Pam Stadium, was suspended from hosting league games pending the completion of renovation work at the venue.
The LMC recently mandated nine clubs including Giwa FC to pick alternative venues for their home games pending when they put their stadiums in proper shape.
An official of the club, Sammy Adesoji, disclosed to that the LMC picked the venue for the club as they are yet decide on a venue of their choice.
“I have received the news too,” he told
“They (the LMC) picked the Ahmadu Bello Stadium for us but I’m still waiting for my boss, Chief Chris Giwa, to respond to the directive,”.
Giwa will host El-kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri in a week 14 fixture at the venue on Sunday.
