Heartland Appoint Dike After Home Defeat To Abia Warriors

By Taiwo Adesanya:

Former Taraba Football Club coach, Alphonsus Dike, has been appointed technical adviser of Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland of Owerri, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Dike took over from Bethel Orji after Heartland lost at home to Abia Warriors at the Dan Anyam Stadium on Sunday in a week 3 NPFL clash.

Former Golden Eaglets coach Dike resumed immediately according to a top source at the club. He brings into the Naze millionaires a handful of experience having coached Rangers International of Enugu and Nasarawa United of Lafia in the past.
Heartland are yet to record a win in the league and were unimpressive during their pre season outings in River State.
