Hungary-Based King Warns Flying Eagles

By Johnny Edward:

Honved Budapest right-back Ikenne King has warned the Flying Eagles against underrating Hungary in Sunday morning's crucial FIFA U-20 World Cup Group E game.

The Manu Garba-led side restored hopes of qualification for the round of 16 when they thumped Korea DPR 4-0, but the 23-year-old believes it's not yet uhuru.

King who plays his football in Hungary warned the Flying Eagles against conceding early goals as the Hungarians are defensively solid.

"Hungary needs just a draw to finish second in the group and advance to the next round, which means they will rather hit the on the counter attack," King told completesportsnigeria.com.

"And if that happens they have a good defence that can curtail the Nigerian side.

"Bence Mervo, who is currently the tournament’s leading scorer with four goals in two games, must be watched."
