Barring any last minute hitches, Watford of England forward, Odion Ighalo, is expected in Nigeria ahead of the June 13 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Chad.
Completesportsnigeria.com scooped from a reliable source close to the player that the former Udinese player has concluded all arrangements to facilitate his trip to the country and possibly link up with his colleagues in camp on Monday.
''Odion will arrive in the country on Sunday,'' the source told completesportsnigeria.com.
''He is happy with this latest invitation to play for the Super Eagles and willing to give his best to ensure Nigeria make it to Gabon 2017.
''That's why he will be joing the camp early [on Monday] to begin preparations in time for the game.''
The former youth international had a prolific season in England with Watford, scoring 20 goals to help the club secure promotion to the Premier League.
