Nigeria striker Odion Ighalo has signed a new deal with English Premier League side Watford, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The forward's previous deal with the Hornets was due to expire in 2020 and according to the Guardian he has now extended it by one more year.
Watford are expected to make the deal official in the coming days.
The former Udinese of Italy striker has been linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion recently.
Ighalo turned down a lucrative move to China last season.
He scored 17 goals in 42 appearances for Watford last season.
