Nigerian youngster Kelechi Iheanacho has expressed confidence that Manchester City will win trophies this season.
Iheanacho was on target for City in their 3-0 FA Cup win against Norwich on Saturday.
The 19-year-old has now scored five goals in all competitions on his third start.
"I think we're going to go far this season and we're going to get something," he told ESPN .
"We're going to get trophies this season because we have the players to get it and the manager. We pray we don't have any injuries and if we don't get any we will win trophies."
And on the possibility of being included in City's Champions League squad, following injuries to key players, Iheanacho
promised to justify his inclusion.
"European football is the same as any other football," he added. "We just have to keep working hard, believe in ourselves and believe in our team-mates.
"If I'm in the squad I will help the team. But I'm sorry for Samir that he's injured. He's a great player, a great man and a friend and I'm sorry for him and I pray that he recovers soon."
