Ikpeazu To Extend Crewe Stay

Watford striker Uche Ikpeazu will extend his loan stay with Crewe, boss Steve Davis has revealed.

The 19-year-old, who has scored twice since arriving at Gresty Road, will continue his stay with the Sky Bet League One side and the deal will be confirmed after their clash with Port Vale this weekend.

“We have had discussions with Watford and they are happy for him to continue his loan with us,” Davis told the club’s official website.

“Uche is happy to stay and play and we are delighted to have him here. We expect it to all be sorted after this weekend’s game at Port Vale.

“Uche has done well for us. He is an exciting player to watch because you don’t quite know what he is going to do.”
