Nigerian midfielder Joel Obi has been included in Inter’s squad list for the knockout stages of the UEFA Europa League, with Coach Roberto Mancini opting to exclude Lukas Podolski instead.
The list is made up of 25 players on list A, which includes five club-trained where Obi falls in and four association-trained players, along with six players from the B list. Obi has so far played ten Serie A games scoring once.
Obi who has so far played ten Serie A games scoring once had a concrete bid from Qatari club Al Arabi before the transfer window closed.
The offer was rejected by the 18-time Italian champions on the grounds that it does not match their valuation of the player.
Inter’s owner, Erick Thohir, however insists Obi will not leave for anything less than the club’s valuation of the ex Parma player.
Obi joined Inter in 2009 and has made 73 appearances for the club in all competitions.Uncover how I make $750 weekly on Facebook using never been revealed Social Media tools.
