Klopp whose side are fourth on the English Premier League log with two points adrift leaders Manchester City, is desperate to end United's impressive run at Anfield.
The Red Devils have defeated Liverpool in their last two league encounters at Anfield – a 1-0 win in January, thanks to a Wayne Rooney late strike and the Juan Mata-inspired 2-1 triumph in March 2015.
The German tactician who was named the manager of the month of September told the media during his post match conference on Friday that Monday's game won't be a normal game.
"The more interest, the more difficult it is, but the more excited everybody is," Klopp stated.
"It will never, ever, be a normal game.
"We should use this opportunity on the pitch, all the nice stories are written on the pitch, in the stadium, with big respect because that’s what it stands for.
"You face the biggest opponents and play football against them, that’s the kind of battle we have. We need to create a special atmosphere, in and around, in your living room!
Klopp also praised off form Wayne Rooney who has not been a regular starter for club or country recently. He said:"He's a goalscorer and always a threat – he's a world class player."
On the addition of Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the United squad, he added: "Ibrahimovic was not there, Pogba… it’s not possible to talk to journalists about it because they won’t (say what I say).
They are both world class players, when they’re in your team they are not worst than last year, for sure.
Unfortunately this is a really strong side from Manchester, they know about football, they’re experienced, cool in the right moments, they don’t need world class performances to win a game.
Even on rainy days, it’s possible to score and win – they have those types in the team, but it doesn’t mean they will win the game. It just means they have a chance.
