–Belgian club seek to retain striker’s service after loan deal
Belgian Jupiler Pro League side Standard Liege will have a hard time keeping Nigerian striker, Imoh Ezekiel, after his loan term expires with them.
Standard Liege had sold their prized asset to Qatari side Al Arabi, but had to shell out a fortune to bring him back to Belgium in January to help their quest for a playoff spot which eventually materialised.
Imoh scored twice in the league and has already opened his goals account in the two-week old Jupiler Pro League playoff which prompted fans to ask for the 21-year-old to be retained after his loan deal expires.
The sporting director of the side, Axel Lawaree said the club will do everything possible to keep Imoh back at the club even though the probability of achieving their aim is low considering their not too strong financial position as compared to the Qatari side.
Standard Liege beat Anderlecht 3-1 last weekend with Imoh scoring a brace which has seen the calls for him to stay further at Standard reach a crescendo.4years ago My wife left me,because i was too WEAK in bed,but today she calls me Bed Champion. Now i finally discovered a Natural Solution that forces women to ask for more.
