The League Management Company have fined Shooting Stars and Sunshine Stars for their general conduct capable of bringing the game to disrepute during their week 28 Glo Premier League clash at the Lekan Salami, Stadium last weekend.
The hosts were charged for the unruly conduct of their supporters during the game, while Sunshine Stars have also been charged for the failure of their players and officials to show due respect to the decisions of match officials in the game.
Sunshine Stars captain, Sunday Abe, also received a six-match ban for headbutting and kicking the centre referee during the game.
His colleague, Dayo Ojo, has also been fined N50,000 for shoving a ball boy during the ill-tempered game.
Both clubs are to either accept the decisions or elect to appeal to the LMC within 48 hours.
The league body also recommended to the Nigeria Football Federation that the centre referee for the game, Joseph Ogabor, be immediately withdrawn from handling league games for his failure to take decisions on obvious violence during the game.
