Three of the 10 Glo Premier League fixtures originally scheduled to take place on Wednesday will now be played the next day, completesportsnigeria.com can report.
The three games affected include Kano Pillars versus Giwa Football Club of Jos to be played at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano and Sunshine Stars versus Warri Wolves, which will come up at the Akure Township Stadium.
The other game is between FC Taraba and Wikki Tourists of Bauchi slated for the former' s new home ground, Aper Aku Stadium, Makurdi.
Giwa FC face an uphil task against a Pillars side that have made their home ground a slaughter slab and are yet to lose there in over a decade.
They will surrender top position to Sunshine Stars who have a tough home game to negotiate against Warri Wolves should they fail to beat the champions and the Akure Gunners beat their guests.
For Taraba United, they will need better luck at their adopted home ground as they are yet to taste victory in eight games.
