Former Super Eagles assistant coach Jean Francois Loscuito has reported the Nigerian Football Federation to the Court of Arbitration for Sports based in Lausanne, Completesportsnigeria.com has reliably gathered.
A letter to that effect was sent to the NFF headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday it was gathered.
Loscuito and other coaches were owed five months salary by the NFF. He joined his boss, Sunday Oliseh, in throwing in the towel over what they termed the failure of the NFF to honour the terms of their contracts.
The legal counsel of Losciuto who is currently recuperating from homeland in Togo also gave the NFF until March 24 to pay up the coach's outstanding salaries or risk being banned from featuring in subsequent competitions if found culpable, Completesportsnigeria.com gathered.
