Lukman Scores First League Goal In 2 Years

By Johnny Edward:

Anzhi Makhachkala’s Nigerian midfielder Lukman Haruna scored his first league goal in the Russian league in Monday night’s 3-1 home loss to Lokomotiv Moscow.

The goal was Haruna’s first in two years. Haruna last scored in the colours of Dynamo Kiev as they thumped Shakhtar Sverdlovsk 4-0 in the Ukrainian Cup in 2013.

Haruna gave his side the lead in the 15th minute but his strike was cancelled out four minutes later by Petar Skuletic.

Second half goals from Maicon and Alan Kasaev however condemned the former Russian powerhouses to their second league defeat this season.

Haruna is one or the players being considered for a recall to the national team. He last featured for the three-time African champions in 2010. the cheapest online shopping in Nigeria.
