Maltese Deal Excites Babangida, Assumes Duty July 1

Former Nigeria winger, Tijani Babangida has expressed his happiness over his newly sealed coaching job deal with Maltese Premier League side, Mosta FC, reports Completesportsnigeria.com

Babangida who is currently General Manager of FC Taraba, a Nigeria Professional Football League club told Completesportsnigeria.comWednesday that he will assume duties with Mosta on July 1.

“It’s true that I’ve been appointed the coach of Mosta FC of Malta. It is a Premier League club and I’m very happy about it,” Babangida said gleefully.

He also informed Completesportsnigeria.com he will jet out of Nigeria on June 29th or 30th.

“I want to play like about two more league games for FC Taraba before I leave. The club, Mosta, will begin their pre season on July 1. So I’ve to start with them on that date.

“Hopefully, I’ll travel on July 29 or 30n,” Babangida stated.
