Mohammed: U-23 Eagles Happy To Reach Last Four, Eye Final

U-23 Eagles midfielder, Usman Mohammed is relieved to see the side make it to the last four of the Africa U-23 Nations Cup in Senegal,  reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The Eagles finished second in Group B on goal difference  behind Algeria after both side's ended their game at the Stade Leopold Senghour  in a goalless draw on Saturday. 

The FC Taraba player told Completesportsnigeria.com that they are happy to be in the last four of the competition.

"We are happy to scale through the group stage at this competition," Mohammed informed Completesportsnigeria.com few hours after the game against the North Africans.

"Egypt and Algeria, like us, have a good chance of progressing to the last four, but it's good that we make it at the end of the day.

"Now,  we can concentrate on the game against Senegal, hopeful we will make it to the final and win the Olympics ticket."
