Nassarawa Pip Enyimba In Super Four Clash

Nassarawa United defeated Enyimba 2-1 in the second round, matchday two of the Super Four in Uyo on Wednesday.

Seun Sogbesan put Nassarawa ahead from the penalty spot on 61 minutes after Ifeanyi Anaemenam fouled Tayo Fabiyi inside the 18-yard box. Anaemenam was sent off.

Three minutes later, Christian Pyagbara levelled for Enyimba, slotting in a Joseph Osadiaye free-kick.

And in the 89th minute, Nassarawa United scored the winner through Fabiyi.

Nassarawa are now on eight points, and go temporarily top of the table, while Enyimba occupy third place.
