After 2-0 Defeat At Enyimba
Warri Wolves have parted company with their British/Nigerian Technical Adviser, John Aigbogbun in a smooth palace cough that swept through the CAF Confederation Cup campaigners in the aftermath of their 2-0 defeat by Enyimba in Aba on Sunday.
Agbogbun’s position in the Warri outfit has been taken up by Maurice Cooreman who has similarly parted company with Kaduna United.
Timi Ebikagboro, Manager, Media for the Warri team had said in a statement made available to Complete Sports on Monday said the club merely accepted Aigbogbun’s request to see his family in England.
He added that in line with the club’s contract with the one time Gabros International gaffer, he was supposed to have travelled to see his family but the prolonged 2010/2011 season made things difficult for him to travel.
“You know under the circumstance, nature abhors vacuum”, Ebikagboro said. “We had to bring in Cooreman who has been a long standing admirer of our club having missed his services on two occasions”.
