EGUMA: “WE EXPECT TO WIN
Posted: Feb 16, 2012
”Dolphins Manager, Stanley Eguma, insists his side is going to Malabo for this weekend’s CAF Champions League match with a winning mentality.
According to him, he has done his recruitment very well and believes that Dolphins has a better team this season though he still confessed that the players are not yet playing as a unit.
“The truth is that we are ready and we are going there to win. I do not believe anything will stop us from winning in Malabo on Sunday.
“The ball is in our court because the government has done a lot for us. They want to take us there via chartered flight and I believe these will help us in our quest to win.
The only problem we are having is that we ended the league last season and started this season immediately. The boys not playing as a team yet and this can only be sorted out by playing more games which we couldn’t get before this game.”
“But we are confident that we have enough in our arsenal to get a good result and then qualify for the next stage of the competition,” he said.
