Ikechukwu Uche Returning To Villarreal
Posted: Jun 30, 2012
Ikechukwu Uche has dismissed suggestions in the Press that he would not be returning to his parent club Villarreal.
Following the relegation of the Yellow Submarines from La Liga last season, there was talk that the Nigeria international would be taking his trade elsewhere.
Through his agency, Ikechukwu Uche has clarified to marca.com that he will return for pre-season training with Villarreal, and be available for selection to Coach Julio Velasquez.
The Super Eagle also stated that should he leave the club, the offer must be beneficial to the club and himself.
Uche was sent on loan to Granada last season. He netted three goals in 33 appearances for Rojiblancos horizontales.
