Taiwo: I'm Yet to Decide my Future

Super Eagles left-back, Taye Taiwo, is still undecided about where he will play his club football next season following the expiration of his loan spell at Queens Park Rangers.

It was recently reported that the AC Milan defender is considering an offer from Portuguese giants, Benfica.

However his elder brother, Waidi, told Complete Sports that the former Marseille of France defender is still weighing many options before him.

"Taye has not made up his mind on leaving AC Milan or QPR. That's what he told me the last time we spoke on that subject,” Waidi said.

"We have spoken on his intention to remain with QPR many times, but I guess when a big club like  Benfica shows an interest in you as a player, there would be media attention because that club is one of the biggest clubs in Europe.

"I don't know what he is thinking about for now because he is in the best position to confirm his next destination. One thing is certain: Taye will either sign for a new club or remain with Milan next season,” Waidi told Complete Sports.

The left-back was left out of the Super Eagles team shortlisted by Stephen Keshi for the 2013 Africa Nations Cup and 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
