Rising Reveal New Season Agenda
Premier League debutants, Rising Stars of Akure has revealed that they will prosecute the 2011/2012 season with 35 players.
“We retained 23 players and we are going to recruit 12 additional players. Altogether, we want a sizeable and manageable team of 35 players for the season, ” offered Coordinator of the team, Olufisayo Akinkuade.
“I don’t want to reveal any name for now, but just wait till when the season starts, ” he added.
Akinkuade boasted that they are ready for the top flight campaign, describing their opening fixture with Premier League returnees, Akwa United, as a new year gift for his team.
